David Michael “The Hoff” Hasselhoff (born July 17, 1952) is an actor, singer, producer and businessman. He graduated with the class of 1970 from Lyons Township High School in La Grange, Illinois. A young David Hasselhoff was a member of the speech team, discussion leaders group, and theatre board. He also participated in chorus.
Hasselhoff is best known for his acting roles in the hit television shows Knight Rider and Baywatch. He was also a judge on America’s Got Talent. In the late 1980s, Hasselhoff furthered his stardom and became a hit in Germany with the launch of his singing career. He continues to make music and videos.
