Timothy Allen Dick (born June 13, 1953) known professionally as Tim Allen is an actor and comedian. He graduated with the class of 1971 from Seaholm High School in Birmingham, Michigan. In high school, Allen was chosen to be Field Day Chairman. After gaining notoriety in the Detroit area as a stand-up comedian, Allen landed the leading role on the sitcom Home Improvement. While still on the show, he also starred in the Disney movie Santa Claus which and went on to make two sequels. He continued to work with Disney as the voice of the character Buzz Lightyear in the movie Toy Story and its two sequels.

  • Hollywood Walk of Fame, 2004
